Katherine Moss was a mere 14 when she was discovered, at JFK airport, by Sarah Doukas of the Storm Agency. By the time she turned 30, she was declared the sexiest woman of all time in a poll conducted by men's magazine Arena to mark its 150th issue.
Not a bad development plan for any career.
Born in London on January 16, 1974, Moss went on to become the 'anti-supermodel' of the 1990s, bringing in what viewers termed 'the waif look.' She began to be recognised worldwide as the 'Face of Calvin Klein' and soon made it big with global brands such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and Chanel, thanks in part to her lack of inhibition.
Now, she's back in the news. And for all the wrong reasons.
