Kamal Haasan plays cop in new film

His new film Vettayadu Vilayadu stars Kamal Haasan [ Images ], someone Menon dreamt of working with ever since, as a school student, he saw Nayakan.
Menon is now busy planning the details of Vettayadu Vilayadu, the shooting of which starts on May 23 in Chennai.
The film sees Haasan playing a policeman on the trail of a killer.
The thriller will also be filmed in Hyderabad, Mumbai [ Images ] and the US. Menon plans to start location hunting in the US from May 10, and return to Chennai by May 20, where the first schedule will be shot.MOST
