Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts has turned to meditation to combat tiredness and cope with the pressures of bringing up twin babies.
Julia, who gave birth to twins Phinnaeus and Hazel in November 2004, said she needed time to sleep and relax, and therefore started meditating.
'I didn't realise that I would get no sleep at all. I'm so sleep-deprived I can't even stand. I need to sit down all the time. The only way I can get through it is to meditate,' Julia told Britain's Grazia magazine.
The Closer star also said she was shocked at how motherhood had affected her looks. 'There are days when I look at myself in the mirror and I'm so fat and bedraggled I don't even know who I am,' she said.
