Bachchan is box office Sarkar

Amitabh Bachchan has done it again.

After hits like Bunty Aur Babli, Waqt and Black, the Big B rides high on the success wave, winning critical applause for his understated role in Sarkar.

The Ram Gopal Varma film has opened very well in multiplexes, and is likely to recover its costs. The Priyanka Chopra starrer Yakeen, on the other hand, suffered a bad blow because of the market being flooded with pirated DVDs.

Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates.
