Amitabh Bachchan's film bombs at the box office

Yash Chopra's latest release, Neal 'N' Nikki fared the best out of the three releases last week. But even though it opened well at the multiplexes, it remains to be seen whether the film will work in the long run.

Expectations for Ek Ajnabee were high, as its leading man Amitabh Bachchan was in the hospital, and the sympathy factor was expected to kick in. But the movie fared just about average.

Mahesh Bhatt's Kalyug fared the worst.
