Actress Karisma Kapoor's husband Sanjay Kapur filed a case against her on August 5 for acquiring a passport for their daughter, Samaira. Claiming that a passport for a minor could be acquired only with the consent of both parents, he said his consent has not been obtained.
The Delhi High Court stopped Karisma from using the passport and said she could not take her baby out the country.
Karisma today filed her reply, saying her husband's petition was misguiding.
Her reply also said she and her husband have been living separately since the birth of their daughter five months ago.
While Sanjay lives in Delhi, Karisma has been shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi to fulfill her professional commitments.
However, the actress, who come to Mumbai early this year for her delivery, did not return to Delhi this time.
