Ab Tumhare... floats, Raincoat drowns
|
The year at the box-office has been a good one, with several films actually making it to the hit list, unlike the last couple of dismal years. However, unpredictability has been the flavour of 2004, with the unlikeliest prospects doing well.
Anil Sharma's India-Pakistan Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo opened to a lukewarm response in the metros.
Rituparno Ghosh's intense, minimalist, love story, Raincoat ensured a proportionately minimal attendance in theatres.
Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates.
