Khamoshi at the box-office

Last week's Khamosh Pani was critically acclaimed but unfortunately, the masses stayed away from it.

They seemed to prefer the much-louder comedy, Hulchul, which is on its way to becoming a big hit.

One of the best films in the Partition genre.

Moves at a slow pace, too emotional.

The film tries to send a positive message to women.

Terrible performances, straight lift from JLo starrer Enough.

A typical Yash Chopra film, with generous doses of old fashioned romance, drama and picturesque locales.

Too many songs, poor editing, predictable characters.
