Miss World 1997 Diana Hayden has a guest appearance in the film. Looking gorgeous in a pista green sari, Diana is contemplating a film career. "I'm testing the waters with Tehzeeb to see if this is really what I want."

The L'Oreal model is has not signed any other film.

Hayden, who shot for Tehzeeb for a week, plays a publisher from New York.

Namrata Shirodkar also has a small role in the film.

Dia plays Urmila's mentally challenged sister. In order to prepare for her role, the actress went through intensive sessions with a psychoanalyst. "I read up a lot about my character and the state of mind such people are in. I also tried very hard to remember as much as I could my childhood and how I would respond to situations then," she explains.
