When Tanisha was 16, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur had approached her to debut in his musical Ta Ra Rum Pum Pum. But she didn't think she was up to it. She was later offered Rajshri's Uff Kya Jadoo Yeh Mohabbat Hai. But she opted out of the project for reasons unknown.
