Now that you are a producer, how does it feel working with other producers?

Even for my own productions, I don't do any production work. We have made three films [Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Asoka and Chalte Chalte] and my office looks after it all. I go there like a star. I am treated very well in my own productions! They let me come late.

I work mostly with people I know. I enjoy working with people I am comfortable with. I never get to see strange faces. Even if the people I work with are new, I have known them from before. There's always been warmth wherever I have worked.
