Preity Zinta

Both the big hits of the year, Koi... Mil Gaya and Kal Ho Naa Ho, had one factor in common: Preity Zinta.

The actress has come a long way since her cameo in Dil Se... She proved she can carry a film entirely on her shoulders (Kya Kehna!). She also has won raves for her performances in most of her films.

Though Koi... Mil Gaya revolved around Hrithik Roshan, Preity provided ample support. In KHNH, Preity made a believable transition from the boring Naina to a girl in love. She will now be seen in her Dil Chahta Hai director Farhan Akhtar's second film, Lakshya, costarring Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan.
