Shotgun, be punctual! Pramod Mahajan issues friendly advice

Unlike in the Hindi film industry, in Parliament, Health Minister Shatrughan Sinha has to be punctual --- so he has been told.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pramod Mahajan gave this friendly advice to Shotgun Sinha on his first day of Parliament in New Delhi.

Sinha, who was to be introduced in the House, arrived a few minutes late, prompting Mahajan to comment lightly that he cannot have the Bollywood kind of "punctuality" in Parliament.
