What would you do if you were the finance minister?

Corporate India [ Images ] is not expecting any major announcement in Budget 2008-09. Industry leaders feel Finance Minister P Chidambaram [ Images ] might focus on more funds for agriculture, education, health, defence and manufacturing sectors.

They, however, feel that rhe common man might gain more from the Budget, what with the general elections a year away.
