This year, quite a few IIM graduates have turned down good international offers to work in India. And those who have taken up jobs abroad want the companies to relocate them to India after a few years.

Of the 235 graduates from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad this year, 161 preferred jobs in India, and 11 declined foreign offers.

Foreign students are also keen on working in India. Many students who come to India for internships in B-schools are willing to stay back and enjoy the work experience in India.

With a booming economy, India now offers myriad opportunities for growth. Are you happy working in India?

How do you rate India as a destination for bright career prospects? Is India a hotspot for jobs?
