Railway Minister Lalu Prasad has done it again. Like last year, he has not effected any increase in passenger fares: in fact, this time, he has cut fares across-the-board.
He also made a host of announcements aimed at bettering rail travel for the common man and to boost Indian Railways' revenues further.
So what do you think of Lalu's Railway Budget? Do you think it is good and will benefit the common man? Or do you think -- the opposition political parties -- that it is anti-poor?
Tell us what you think!
