"This acquisition positions WNS Trinity Mortgage Services, which will be a separate vertical, as a leading provider of BPO services in the mortgage industry," WNS said.
Trinity Partners', a profitable company, with 500 professionals and clients are now part of WNS Global. WNS Global, had a revenue of $165 million in 2004-05 and on that basis it was ranked as the number one BPO company by Nasscom.
WNS which has majority shareholding with private equity investor Warburg Pincus, has already made two acquisitions in the healthcare and insurance verticals. British Airways still holds 14 per cent equity in the company.
