The meet aims to speed up the finalisation of modalities within the July framework. Nath will outline India's concerns in agriculture, industrial goods and services at the meeting to be attended by trade ministers from 30 nations.
The meeting is expected to focus on the resolution of outstanding issues in the run-up to the Hong Kong Ministerial Conference in December, this year.
It assumes significance as it is the first in the series of meetings ahead of the Hong Kong Ministerial and it takes place a fortnight ahead of the G-20 developing countries meeting in New Delhi.
The Davos Mini-Ministerial held on the sidelines of World Economic Forum meeting, earlier in January had emphasised on the need for intense ministerial involvement and political directions to the negotiations to ensure positive outcome of the Hong Kong Ministerial as also the Doha Round.
Besides Nath, U S Bhatia, India's Ambassador to WTO, G K Pillai, additional secretary, ministry of commerce and Industry and Anthony de Sa, joint secretary, ministry of commerce are part of the Indian delegation.
