Do you get calls on your landline and mobile phone from banks offering credit cards and personal/car loans, despite having told them that you do not need any?
Did you know the Reserve Bank of India has proposed a set of guidelines to regulate such irritating calls? The RBI says that a 'Do not call registry' must be maintained by credit card companies to give consumers the choice of opting out of unsolicited phone calls and SMS messages. But who's listening?
Do you think such phone calls should stop totally? Does India needs stricter rules on this? How can the offending banks be pulled up?
