August 22 was a red-letter day for Indian mobile industry. That day it completed ten years of existence. Yet there is lot to be said about poor network connection and inadequate customer service. Not to speak of the billing system that leaves people totally flabbergasted.
Every now and then cellular service operators announce that they have slashed STD, ISD, cell-to-cell rates. Yet when the monthly bill comes in, there is little indication that the prices have actually gone down.
