The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to stay the implementation of conditional access system in South Delhi but will review it after three months.
"We are not restraining the respondent (Centre) as prayed for by the petitioner. However, we allow Centre to go ahead with their scheme of CAS in Delhi to be reviewed after a period of three months", a vacation Bench of Justice Vijender Jain and Justice Pradeep Nandrajog said.
