What are the charges for getting SMS Mail alerts? Your mobile service provider will charge you Re 1 for every SMS Mail alert that you get on your mobile. You will be charged only as long as you want SMS Mail alerts. |

How do I read mails after I get an SMS mail alert? After you get an SMS mail alert you need to SMS M to 57333 to read the first 160 characters of the mail. You can SMS M to 57333 again to read the remaining part of the mail if needed. |

I want to receive SMS mail alerts only from certain email senders. Is it possible? Yes. If you do not want to receive SMS Mail alerts for every email that comes to your inbox, you can select the senders' email addresses for which you require SMS mail alerts. |

I want to receive mail alerts on a different mobile number. How can I change the mobile number? To change the mobile number, SMS - RMA username password to 57333 from the mobile number you want to receive alerts on.

How do I unsubscribe from this service? To stop receiving SMS alerts, login to your Rediffmail account, click on the 'Rediffmail Alerts' link on left navigation bar. On the next page, click on the 'Stop alerts' button. Follow the same process to start getting SMS alerts again. |
