To know how you can use your rediffmail account from your phone,

| View Mailbox |
|
To view your mailbox:
1.Write a new message. Type : MAIL
2.SMS it to 57333 |
|
|
|
You will receive a message from 57333 giving you a summary of the first three mails in your inbox.
Your mobile screen will look like this: |

To get the summary of the next three mails, SMS NEXT to 57333.
To get the summary of the previous three mails, SMS PREV to 57333. |

| Read Mail |
|
To read a particular mail, send READ followed by by the mail number you want to read
Example, send 'READ 1' to 57333 read the first mail in your inbox

|
|
|
| Reply to a Mail |
|
To reply a particular mail, when you open it, you need to send REPLY followed by your response to the mail
Example, send 'REPLY Received your email. Thank you' to 57333

|
To send a mail, you need to type SEND followed by the email address and mail content.
Example, send 'SEND you@rediffmail.com This message is sent from a Mobile Phone using sms' to 57333

| Deleting a Mail |
|
To delete a mail, you need to type DEL followed by the mail number you want to delete.
Example, send 'DEL 1' to 57333 to delete the first mail in your mailbox.

| Forward a Mail |
|
To forward a mail, you need to type FWD followed by the email address.
Example, send 'FWD email1@company.com' to 57333
To forward to multiple people, type email addresses separated by a comma.
Example, 'FWD email1@company.com,email2@company.com' to 57333

|
|
| Checking Mails from other folder |
|
To check a mail from a folder in your mailbox, type MAIL followed by folder name (case sensitive) and send to 57333
Example, send 'MAIL Myfolder' to 57333
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Retrieve POP Mail Accounts |
|
If you have configured your Rediffmail to receive mails from any POP Account (Office or any Different Email Account), you can direct Rediffmail to download mails from your account by sending P1 to 57333.
Maximum 3 POP accounts can be configured. Send P1, P2 or P3 to download mails from respective folders.
Example, send 'P1' to 57333 to download mails from your first POP Email Account to your Rediffmail Inbox
