The three-month full-time programme includes a two-month classroom session and one month on the job training at the HDFC Standard Life offices. It offers aspirants an opportunity to learn:

• Selling Skills and Customer Service
• Concepts and Basics of Life Insurance
• Legal and Regulatory Environment
• Financial Planning

Eligibility

The candidate should have either a graduate or post-graduate degree or an MBA in any discipline. Prior work experience is helpful in getting into the course.
