- By participating in the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of Rediff.com
- Winners will be selected by a panel of Rediff.com editors who will judge the resolutions received by the notified last date: February 14, 2008, midnight.
- No cash substitution of prizes is permitted.
- In the event a winner chooses not to accept the prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize.
- Employees of Rediff.com and their families are not eligible to enter the contest.
