What: Electronic Arts, EA, Hyderabad has an opportunity for an Associate Development Manager. As an Associate Development Manager you will be responsible for planning multiple projects, helping the Assistant Development Managers to develop, track, manage and control the internal project plans for multiple projects.

Primary responsibilities

~ Planning multiple projects
~ Helps the Assistant Development Managers to Develop, Track, Manage and Control the internal project plans for multiple
pojects
~ Risk management
~ Cost control
~ Mentors individual team contributors
~ Identifies task related processes to improve efficiency
~ Solves specific problems that may have impact on team performance
~ Motivates team to produce high quality results

Qualifications

Experience & training

~ University degree or equivalent training
~ Minimum of 3 years of experience with 1 year of experience in project management/project coordination
~ Experience in the mobile telephone gaming industry would be an asset

Personal traits

~ Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
~ Excellent analytical skills;
~ Able to resolve complex problems while efficiently coping with stress;
~ Expects high quality standards;
~ Is rigorous, organized and is capable of adapting quickly;
~ Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing;
~ Good team player

Expertise

~ Good knowledge about games and different gaming platforms
~ Excellent understanding of the production process from concept to market release in the interactive products industry
~ Microsoft office suit
~ Mastery of English, both written and spoken
~ Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage
