Every time my parents come visiting, I have to plan carefully to cater to my vegetarian dad and my non-vegetarian mom.

While simple chicken and fish preparations are enough to please my mom, baba refuses to settle for anything less than a Paneer Something. I'm constantly racking my brains to prepare a new paneer dish for him.

Here are some of the recipes I cook specially for baba.

Before you reach for the kadhai, let me tell you these recipes require simple ingredients and will not take more than 20 minutes (provided you sweet-talk your domestic help into chopping the vegetables).
