~ Please send in your completed application form before December 31.

~ Obtain the student handbook and prospectus from the IGNOU offices on payment of Rs 50.

~ You may also obtain the forms via post, by sending a demand draft of Rs 100 drawn in the favour of IGNOU, payable at the city of the regional and sub-regional centres.
