"I'm currently in the process of doing Channel V's Get Gorgeous and Mrs India World," she says whilst keeping strict vigil on the antics of little Nayantara (left: at the Wendell Rodricks show in 2005).
She tells us about her role in Get Gorgeous, a reality show in which aspiring models compete.
"I'm the head of the grooming panel and I have actually gone around selecting girls from whatever auditions we've had. I have organised the entire grooming process where I have my own role to play in terms of grooming the girls on how to walk, talk etc.
"I also work in tandem with the other members of the grooming panel to decide what each girl needs," she says.
And for aspiring models, Noyonika has some hard knock advice: you cannot afford to be shy and introverted.
'You need to project a certain amount of confidence and attitude. And you must lose your inhibitions.'
'Getting on the ramp can be very intimidating, so you must get over any fear of walking on the ramp.'
'There's a lot of physical hard work and you must be able to handle criticism'.
