Haircare tips for men
~ Oil you hair regularly, even if you don't like it.
~ Use Clinic All-Clear anti-dandruff shampoo; it is not only for people who have dandruff.
You could also use Garnier Fructis shampoo.
Skincare tips for men
~ Apply a paste of multani mitti (Fuller's earth) and water on your face. Wash your face after half-an-hour.
~ Scrub your face with cucumber slices.
~ Want glowing skin? Drink a lot of water. I make it a practice to drink five to seven litres of water every day.
Diet tips
~ Have a healthy diet with lots of fruits, pulses, soups and salads with a lot of lettuce.
~ I also have at least 30 grams of yoghurt with every meal, paneer (cottage cheese) and protein shakes.
~ Once a fortnight, try having an only-fruits meal for an entire day. This cleans your digestive system.
Diet no-nos
~ Fatty stuff
~ Junk foods like pizzas, burgers, etc.
~ Never eat rice or white flour for dinner.
Fitness tips
~ Make sure you sleep eight hours every day.
~ After working out a particular muscle, make sure you rest that muscle for 48 hours before you repeat the exercise.
