As a technical support officer
HCL Technologies says:
~You must be a graduate with up to five years experience. Experience in customer support, IT education or a software development role is a plus.
~You must have excellent communication skills.
~You must know computers and Internet-related concepts.
~You could also hold a BE, B Tech, MCA, BCA, BIT, BIS degree or any other IT diploma.
~You must be fluent in English.
~You must be willing to work night shifts.
As a customer service executive
