Needed: HCL Technologies needs Technical support officers and customer service executives.

HCL Technologies is part of the $1 billion HCL Group. The company has its headquarters in Delhi and has eight delivery centres spread across the United Kingdom, Malaysia and India.

As a technical support officer

~You must be a graduate with up to five years experience. Experience in customer support, IT education or a software development role is a plus.

~You must have excellent communication skills.

~You must know computers and Internet-related concepts.

~You could also hold a BE, B Tech, MCA, BCA, BIT, BIS degree or any other IT diploma.

~You must be fluent in English.

~You must be willing to work night shifts.

As a customer service executive

~You must be a graduate with up to three years experience.

~You must have excellent communication skills.

~You must be fluent in English.

~You must be willing to work night shifts.
