Ballet

Ballet is a dance form that challenges you mentally and physically.

It can improve the skills of those with clumsy tendencies as well.

Jennifer Bottliwala, 25, can attest to that. She was placed in a Ballet class to develop her coordination when she was five years old.

"You learn to be more confident," says Jennifer, "You learn to have a presence with your body. I think dancers have some of the best well-rounded muscles."
