Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will be submitting his resignation tomorrow at Thiruvanathapuram. Talking to reporters in Kottayam after winning the Puthupally assembly seat, Chandy accepted responsibility for the Congress-Led United Democratic Front's rout, but said there was no anti-government wave.
The front accepted the verdict of the people, he said. Nobody can change the development agenda set for the state, he said and thanked the party workers, Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee President Ramesh Chennithala and former Chief Minister A K Antony for their cooperation.
