Pre-poll jolt for Rabri, minister quits

Bihar's Minister of State for Secondary Education, Ramprakash Mahato, resigned from the Rabri Devi ministry on Monday following an arrest warrant issued against him in connection with a case relating to violation of model code of conduct during 1999 Lok Sabha polls.
