Paswan has also demanded the resignation of  Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi on moral grounds for the murder.

Rajesh Kumar was killed by Naxalites on Saturday night when he was returning after campaigning.

Talking to media persons in Patna, Paswan said the Rabri Devi government is solely responsible for the killing.

Paswan said it was not clear whether Naxalites were behind the killing. He said only a CBI probe could expose the real people behind the act.

Paswan  also said that several LJP candidates across the state were receiving threatening calls.
