LJP promises a crime-free Bihar

The Lok Janshakti Party released its manifesto on Friday for the Bihar assembly polls.

"If we win, the party will build a modern and crime-free Bihar," LJP president and Union Chemicals and Fertiliser Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said in Patna.

The party offered to provide welfare for minority communities and guaranteed employment to all the people within six months of winning.

Paswan added that the LJP would provide 10 per cent reservation to Muslims, who are educationally and financially backward.

Besides, special budgetary allocation will be made for all minority educational institutions and steps will be taken to reopen "dead" ones, he said.

Paswan added that the LJP would also set up a full-fledged university for the minorities.
