The Rashtriya Janata Dal member of Parliament from Gopalganj and Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi's controversial brother, Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav on Friday filed a writ in the Patna High Court challenging the externment order against him during poll time.

The writ, filed by Yadav's counsel J P Shukla, challenged the validity of the externment order passed by District Magistrate K K Pathak asking him to stay out of Gopalganj from February 21 morning till the night of February 27.

Sadhu Yadav has stated in the writ that there was no material evidence of his indulging in any unlawful activities in the district and still he had been ordered to stay out of the district for a week's time.
