Congress leader Manmohan Singh [ Images ], believed to be party president Sonia Gandhi's [ Images ] choice for prime minister, is meeting Communist Party of India-Marxist leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet [ Images ].
Former prime minister V P Singh [ Images ] and Congress leaders Arjun Singh [ Images ] and Ghulam Nabi Azad [ Images ] accompanied Manmohan Singh.
