Bengal skipper Deep Dasgupta will have to miss his team's first two East Zone one-day league games against Assam and Tripura after being penalised for slow over-rate in the Ranji Trophy final against Mumbai [ Images ].

The Ranji final concluded here on Monday.

Dasgupta has also been fined ten per cent of his match fees while his teammates have copped a 50 per cent fine for the slow over rate of Bengal, who had indulged in the trangression for the fourth time this season, including the semi-final against Karnataka [ Images ], according to a release from the BCCI.

Bengal take on Assam on February 13 and then clash against Tripura two days later in the zonal one-day league which is to be held at Cuttack.
