Australian captain Ricky Ponting [ Images ] won the toss and elected to bat against the West Indies [ Images ] in the final of the DLF Cup one-day international tri-series in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

Michael Clarke [ Images ], Shane Watson [ Images ] and Nathan Bracken [ Images ] returned to the Australian side which defeated India [ Images ] in the last league match on Friday to reach the final.

Making way for the trio were Matthew Hayden [ Images ], Brad Hogg [ Images ] and Stuart Clark.

West Indies brought back fast bowlers Jerome Taylor [ Images ] and Fidel Edwards [ Images ] in place of Marlon Samuels and Corey Collymore.
