The Income-Tax Department on Saturday conducted searches at the residences of President of Rajasthan [ Images ] Cricket Association and BCCI Vice President Lalit Modi [ Images ].

The searches were conducted by Jaipur [ Images ] unit of the Income Tax Department following charges of alleged tax evasion by Modi, a top I-T official said.

The I-T team also searched Modi's residence in south Mumbai [ Images ], sources said.
