Windies win toss, elect to bat

Holders West Indies brought in paceman Corey Collymore for all-rounder Dwayne Smith [ Images ] while Australia, bidding to win their first-ever Champions Trophy title, omitted left arm pacer Mitchell Johnson [ Images ] and included left arm wrist spinner Brad Hogg [ Images ] in his place.
