West Indies captain Brian Lara won the toss and elected to field in the fourth One-Day International against India at Port-of-Spain on Friday.
Yuvraj Singh, who sat out of the third ODI with a stiff back, returned to the team, Venugopala Rao making way for him.
The West Indies made three changes to the side that won the third ODI by four wickets at St. Kitts and took a 2-1 lead in the five-match series.
Wavell Hinds replaced Shivnarine Chanderpaul, who suffered a hamstring injury, while Dwayne Smith and Correy Colleymore came in place of Runako Morton and Jerome Taylor.
