Sahara One [ Get Quote ] has bagged the satellite rights for the upcoming cricket series against England [ Images ].

Sahara One will telecast all the three Tests and seven one-day internationals after it signed an agreement with Nimbus [ Get Quote ] which owns the global media rights for cricket matches to be played in India [ Images ] till 2010.

The agreement was signed late last night, Sahara spokesman Abhijeet Sarkar [ Images ] said.

Sarkar said that Sahara was continuing talks with Nimbus to acquire the rights for a four year period. He refused to disclose the financial details of the deal saying that they were busy making arrangements for the telecast of the matches.
