President Pervez Musharraf has invited the Indian and Pakistani cricket teams for an interactive meeting at his official residence in Islamabad on Friday.

Musharraf, patron-in-chief of Pakistan Cricket Board and an avid cricket fan, had hosted the Indian team in 2004 when they made their first full-fledged visit to Pakistan in 15 years.

Meanwhile, Mumbai off spinner Ramesh Powar, roped in as a cover for Harbhajan Singh who injured his bowling finger and missed the first one-dayer earlier this week, joined the Indian squad last night.

The two teams had a practice session today at the Rawalpindi stadium.
