Indian team for Pak series on Sat

The India [ Images ]n team for the first Test of the forthcoming series against Pakistan will be selected in Mumbai [ Images ] on Saturday, said Board of Control for Cricket in India selection committee chairman Kiran More.

The selection committee will also announce the Board President's XI team that will play Pakistan in a three-day warm-up game in Dharamsala, starting on March 3.

"Indian captain Sourav Ganguly [ Images ] and coach John Wright [ Images ] will also be present at the meeting," More added.

All the selectors -- Gopal Sharma (Central Zone), Yashpal Sharma (North Zone), Pranab Roy (East Zone) and V B Chandrashekhar (South Zone) -- will attend the meeting.

Pakistan arrive in India on February 28 for three Tests and six One-Day Iinternationals. The first Test, in Mohali, stars on March 8.
