Zee Telefilms Ltd will not make public the outcome of its crucial Board meeting on telecast rights till it informs the Bombay high court and ESPN Star-Sports about its stance.

The Subhash Chandra-promoted Essel Group company intends to file an affidavit in court on Tuesday, and then make the decision public, Essel Group vice-president (Corporate and Brand Development) Ashish Kaul said in Mumbai on Monday.
On September 9, the Mumbai high court had suggested that ESPN-Star Sports and Zee Telefilms submit fresh bids to the court for the Board of Control for Cricket in India's telecast rights.
Zee has convened a special Board meeting to discuss the issue.
