Hall creates unique record

Andrew Hall [ Images ] by taking 433 minutes to reach three figure-mark in the first Test against India [ Images ] at Kanpur on Sunday recorded the second slowest Test hundred by a South African.

Jackie McGlew had taken 545 minutes to complete his century against Australia [ Images ] in 1957-58, which still remains the slowest ever hundred by a South African.
