Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul Haq won the toss for the fifth time in a row and elected to field in the final one-day international cricket match against India in Lahore on Wednesday.
India retained the same side that levelled the series 2-2 after winning the fourth one-dayer in Lahore on Sunday.
Pakistan replaced opener Shahid Afridi with Taufeeq Umar for the day/night encounter at the Gaddafi Stadium.
