PCB slashes ticket prices for Lahore Test

Alarmed at the poor turnout during the Multan Test, the Pakistan Cricket Board has slashed the prices of tickets for the second Test between India and Pakistan, starting in Lahore on Monday.

Tickets went on sale from Saturday with prices slashed by as much as fifty per cent, according to Arif Rahim, Chief Coordination (Security and Protocol) of PCB.

"PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan took the decision to ensure a large gathering during the (2nd) Test," he was quoted as saying by The News.

India won the first Test by an innings and 52 runs to lead the three-match series 1-0.
